Added to the guide in 2016, the V2 differs from the V1 because of the presence of an EPM on the handle and a dent present on the uppermost part of the staff. These details have now been noted on several examples.

The original is cast in Brown Plastic with painted Skulls.

This Repro also has marks along the seam and is cast with Brown Plastic painted skulls (same as the Original).

This repro Bib Fortuna Staff is more rigid than an original. (This repro copies a V2 - top staff, centre hole.) The colour of this repro is a Glossy Brownish Grey; the inside material similar to a Revell plastic model. This repro staff snapped when a small amount of force was applied.

This repro first appeared on the market in November 2014. It comes from Mexico and is made from resin. It sounds like an original during the drop test but fails the float test and will sink when placed in water. This staff is very flexible when new but will harden with age and become brittle - easily breaking into pieces under pressure.

This repro first appeared on the market in November 2014. It comes from Mexico and is made from resin. The staff attempts to copy the Black Lili Ledy V4 staff that was issued with the Lili Ledy Emperor. As can be seen from the comparison photo it's difficult to tell from an original. The staff sounds like an original during the drop test but fails the float test and will sink when placed in water. The staff is very flexible when new but will harden with age and become brittle - breaking into pieces under just a small amount of pressure.

This repro will float when placed in water (same as the original) and also has the same flexibility as the original. The plastic is slightly waxy and there is a line running the length of the item. The two sides of the mould don't quite line up.

This repro comes in different coloured shades and first appeared on the market in December 2014. It comes from Mexico and is made from resin. These sink for the float test but sound like originals for the drop test.
